Heat networks code of practice

Martin is a co-author of the 2020 version of the CIBSE Heat networks code of practice CP1 and as such Carbon Alternatives can help organisations (heat networks owners, operators, construction contractors, designers, customers) achieve the best outcomes from the use of the CP1 (2020).  We can:

  • Help clients set out the Statement of Applicability – which identifies which parts of CP1 are relevant / not relevant to the particular project
  • Provide advice on setting the KPI for the project
  • Provide independent assessment of the CP1 checklists, as completed through the project to, confirm the intent of the CP1 has been met.  The aim here would be to also provide guidance as to how the CP1 requirements could be met to achieve the optimal scheme
  • Assist in confirming the KPI are being met at all stages of the design, construction, commissioning and operational stages of the project.
